Definitions

So long as you comply with these Terms, Trafalgar grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to enter, and use this Site for internal purposes only.

Those Users with no legal right to enter into the Secure Area further agree that they shall neither attempt to circumvent the security measures taken by Trafalgar in order to access the Secure Area nor shall they actually enter the Secure Area.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bermuda.
